Basketball Styles of Play Explained

Basketball Styles of Play are a framework on which your offensive and defensive strategies are built.

They provide a framework for your players to understand the outcomes you are trying to achieve at different moments in a game.

Having a style of play on both defence and offense can help athletes make better decisions and also adds to teamwork.

So here, Coach Craig Rowe outlines on of Australia’s National basketball team’s former styles of play: Pace, Poise, Penetration.
