The four and rotate basketball shooting drill is a fun basketball game or simple drill to teach various shot techniques to youth basketball players.
Players are in pairs or equally numbered teams and must make 4 (or more—you decide) shots of a particular type in a row.
The first team to do so calls rotate, and all players rotate clockwise and start the count from 0 again.
Once all players arrive back at their original position, you change the shot type.
Have teams record how many times they got to 4 and give a penalty to the losing teams (e.g. 5 push-ups)
