This youth basketball defensive drill is a fun basketball game for kids called ‘escape room,’ and it is fun and helps build decision-making, ball handling, and defensive footwork.
Defenders try to prevent the dribbler from escaping.
Defenders can only move laterally and cannot make contact with the ball handler, nor can they steal the ball. You can count down from 15, 10, or 5 to speed up the game.
