Dr Jo Lukins is an Associate Professor in Queensland Australia and has worked with multiple winning teams and athletes in the professional arena developing their performance mindset.


A trained Psychologist here she talks about rejecting the concept of the negative as well as dopamine’s links to failure.

She shares her perspective on the performance mindset and also the implications of the fixed mindset.

Lastly, she shares her perspective on the power of the word ‘Yet’ in developing a growth mindset.
