A Love for Social Basketball – Richard

Senior Academy athlete Richard shares his love for the social side of basketball with Sherril in this Inside OzSwoosh Mic’d Up Series.

Here is the Video…

He discusses how since finishing juniors he has made many friendships playing against men.

Richard says he enjoys the banter and social side of basketball.

He also talks about how OzSwoosh has helped him improve his shooting and confidence particularly from the perimeter.

Richard continues to work on his game as part of our senior group and has aspirations to play regional senior representative basketball someday.

Inside OzSwoosh give our athletes an opportunity to share more about themselves with family, friends, teammates, followers and fans.

It also gives them media training and boosts confidence in their ability to speak and feel comfortable with who they are and what they represent.
