This basic youth basketball drill for is a Lunge Clock, which helps youth basketball players aged 8 through 12 develop a stable kinetic change, flexibility and improved balance.
Warming up and down in the correct way in basketball is extremely important, this basic basketball drill will help develop and improve certain aspects of fitness which in turn may help reduce the risk of injury and help prepare the body better for activity during games and training.
