Demonstrated by OzSwoosh Rookies they go through the different basic foot fakes that build the foundational footwork in basketball.
So here you will see our athlete stutter step, hesitation, onside and reverse pivot fake footwork without the ball.
These basketball footwork fundamentals are also done in the traditional coaching method of corridors.
So, corridors are where the court is divided into lanes for players to operate within.
