High Five Youth Basketball Warm-Up Drill

This is a simple fun youth basketball warm-up drill for kids just starting out as beginner basketball players.

Focusing on the left and right hand lay-up footwork athletes run up to their coach and give them a high five.

The focus here is on both footwork and jumping up.

Remember to teach your youth basketball players to finish right left then jump up on the right hands side, then left right then jump up on the left hand side.
