Mikan Drill Basketball Post Lay-ups
Basketball Skill Acquisition
Layups, Put Backs, Footwork, Dexterity, Right Hand Layups, Left Hand Layups, Reverse Layups
Basketball Drill Purpose
Using the same footwork as you would for a layup, the player shoots the ball from one side of the basket, then gathers the ball as it comes through the net and shoots a basket from the other side.
Basketball Equipment Needed
Basketball ring and backboard.
Variation
You can have players move further out and shoot from the keyway edge.
