Basketball Drill Purpose

This demsonstration helps show the foundational basketball footwork and dexterity required for a runner layup shot techniquein basketballl. It also adds a different basketball layup finish to help avoid a defender guarding the restricted zone.

Basketball Equipment Needed

  • Backboard and Ring.
  • Basketball court preferably with lined keyway
  • Also the restricted zone arc clearly marked
