In this fun basketball drills for kids video, we share a fun dribbling drill to help your youth basketball players grow in confidence while dribbling.
Here is a FUN timed youth basketball drill for kids. It’s a fun youth basketball dribbling game called Under Cover Cover Up.
The idea is to place markers on top of other markers randomly placed around a basketball court in the quickest time—this is the “under cover” part of the game.
Phase 2 of the game sees the players having to dribble to lift the markers up, “the cover up” component.
You can do this as an individual timed drill or as a group or pit two teams against each other to try to beat each other’s “under cover” and “cover up” times.
