Using the corners of the half court athletes complete different types of crossovers in each corner.

Basketball Crossovers include through the legs, behind the back and spin or reverse pivot moves as well as a normal crossover.

After going to each corner players go to the chair and dribbling with their left hand when going left and right hand going right.

When done as a warm up athletes start at half pace, then 3 quarter pace, then game pace then outside their comfort zone.

They then swap sides of the court to alternate their crossover moves to work on dexterity and footwork.

This is a basic dribbling drill Coach Craig Rowe shares with coaches who undertake their club coach accreditation under his guidance.
