Basketball Drill Purpose

This fun youth basketball dribbling game can be used to develop both ball handling skills or be used as a fun warm up drill for middle school kids. Players with the ball learn to keep their eyes up, control the ball and use both hands. A great game for building confidence while dribbling. A fun competitive basketball drill that also helps ball protection and taking and making contact.

Basketball Equipment Needed

Small area 4 ft x 4f or jump ball circle works best. Minimum 2 basketballs.

How To Play

Variation:

If players go too long you can call it a draw between those players and have knew player come in. You can have players keep their own score with a timer, highest score after a set amount of time wins. You can make people do a penalty once knocked out (e.g. star jumps).
