OzSwoosh Head Coach Craig Rowe shares his opinion on how players may improve their Free Throw Routine Efficiency in basketball.
He suggests athletes remove those things they don’t need to execute the
successful shot.
He says while having a routine is important to get comfortable and feel relaxed athletes still need to focus on the ring, more than the routine.
He also discusses how observing an opponent’s free throw routine may help determine whether they prefer to shoot off the dribble or on the catch.
